    Update for 7-29-08

Last weekend we left Friday night and stayed the night at Bob and Jill's new house. It was nice being able to leave on a Friday because we didn't have puppy class on Saturday. That starts up again soon, but we've got a couple of weeks reprieve. We got there around 9:30 and hung out with Bob, Jill and the kids. Bryan set up all their electronics and we got to be part of the famed Loveless tradition of re-arranging the furniture. Very exciting. Bryan and I (mostly me) fell off the financial wagon and got a pop up kennel for Grace so we don't have to take her big one with us everywhere. It's pretty cool, she seems to like it, and it was only 27 bucks so I didn't fall that far. The mat that I bought with it, however would have made the bald man shake his head because it was unneeded. But it is very cute.

Saturday we got up to the sound of dogs on top of our heads and I got to knit for a bit while Bryan hung out with his brothers. We went to The Chiefs Hat for Lunch. I would not recommend it. Bryan got the oil changed in the Beetle and apparently he likes Camelback and got to test drive the new turbo diesel jetta while Bob, Jill, Luke and I drove to my parent's house for dinner. Dinner was nice and we all had a good time. The kids and Bryan got to swim and my parents and Bryan's parents did the in-law thing. The next day we hung out at my parents house and Bryan went with my dad to window shop for the Man-cation in Canada. I can't go because I apparently have to sit down to pee, but Bryan and my dad leave out the last weekend in August to go fishing for a week. It should be fun for them.

I on the other hand spent that time with my mom and her gadget that tones your face muscles and apparently helps with baldness. I don't know if it actually works but it seems like it does. We had lunch at a BBQ place with my parents and then drove home...it was a quite weekend to make way for my hectic Monday that I can't really talk about. Lets just say mid-drifts, mesh, and swords were involved and I definately earn my paycheck. Most people would not believe half of what goes on in my office. I however was a little worried because we found out that my panic button or it's back up was not working (we found out later and no I didn't have to use it). Oh and I didn't get to lead my group in group processes. I had a great music/art project planned and because the group was very confrontational and it took too long I got moved to Thursday. This is ok, but I was all tense.

When I got home I checked out the garden and found out that I have a table ace squash, some ripe yellow pear tomatos, zuchini, and strawberries. I'm so excited and have pictures: http://www.lovelesschristian.com/gallery/garden72808
